Background Information: The sponsor(s) of the respective club(s)/organization(s) has/have submitted the following request(s) for overnight student trip(s): South Fulton High School, Beta Club, State Beta Club Convention, April 5 – 7, 2010, Opryland Hotel, Nashville, TN South Fulton Elementary, 2-5 PLUS Class, Huntsville Space and Rocket Center, Tranquility Base, October 9 – 10, 2009, Huntsville, AL The/these request(s) are in compliance with Board policy and the related administrative procedure. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of the overnight student trip request(s) as set forth above.
